Our agreements, especially keeping up with them, can be a daunting task. We have consolidated and listed some of the most commonly used and applicable agreements that affect our membership.
The agreements we have listed are grouped by category by the type of agreement it is. Use the links provided to see the various agreements that we work under.

National agreements affect all employees working for a Carrier that belongs to the NCCC. Union Pacific Railroad is one of those Carriers. These agreements define a lot of our wage & rule provisions.
Southern Region or "System" agreements and policies are agreements that apply to the entire Southern Region GCA region. Our Collective Bargaining Agreement or CBA is contained here.
Selected policies of Union Pacific are also contained in this section for your ready reference.
Local Agreements are negotiated for a specifc area within the jurisdiction of this Committee. These agreements apply only to those area(s).
Hub & Implementing Agreements are negotiated with the Carrier and define specific seniority and work areas. Issues specific to each of these seniority hubs are defined in these agreements.
Trainmen agreements affect trainmen working in the jurisdiction of this General Committee.
