who we are

The Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen - UP Southern Region General Committee of Adjustment represents locomotive engineers employed with the Union Pacific Railroad working in the Southern Region.

This General Committee represents four seniority districts encompassed within hubs including:

• DFW Hub
• Houston Hub
• Longview Hub
• San Antonio Hub

This Committee also represents members working in the Coffeyville / Van Buren area as well. Those members do not belong to a seniority hub.

In fact, our Committee represents members in portions of five states including Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, and Louisiana.

COMMITTEE OFFICE: The Southern Region GCA's office is currently located in Hurst, TX.

Brother Warrent Dent is our current General Chairman.
